Path Finder is an easy to use warehouse management applications that integrates tightly with Spire Systems.
Order Picking & Shipping
Easily load Sales Orders from Spire into a list for selection, or create a barcode on your order forms can be scanned for quicker and more accurate loading.
Use Spire Phases to only show orders that are ready for picking and mark them ready for shipping, to fit with your business practices.
Once an order is opened, items can be scanned by UPC, manually selected or searched for. Scanning can be set to increment the shipped qty by one, or the user can manually enter the ship quantity.
Picked from Location and Serial / Lot Numbers can be tracked for shipped items.
The user can also enter a Box or Skid ID that will be stored in the UDF fields in Spire for Tracking and Reporting purposes.
Purchase Receiving
Load Purchase Orders from Spire into a list for selection or scan a barcode on the purchase order.
Items can be manually selected, searched for or scanned by UPC. Optionally, scanning will increment the receive quantity by one, or the user can manually enter the receive quantity.
To allow for correct counting when items maybe received from multiple skids or boxes, there is a Total received field and a Receive now field. This allows the user to enter the counts from each skid or box without having to calculate the total themselves.

Inventory
Inventory can be searched manually or an items UPC can be scanned. Once opened you can see basic information about the inventory item.
Editing of Location and UDFs (if enabled) for Alternate Location and Receive Action.
UPCs can also be added on this screen, and optionally removed.
Serial / Lot numbers can be viewed.

Inventory counts can be selected from the list once they are created in Spire.
